Qualifikationen

• 6+ years in robotics integration and automation within regulated industries.
• Experience leading multi-site projects without direct hierarchical authority.
• Knowledge of IT/OT integration and data literacy (Python/SQL) a plus.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated robotics deployments in Drug Substance domain (AMRs, SUS, etc.).

Aufgaben

• Site Pain Point Resolution & Technology Scouting: Identify bottlenecks across manufacturing sites and scout robotics/automation solutions.
• Strategic Roadmap Co-Creation: Shape global robotics roadmap with Technology Strategy Lead and drive execution.
• PoC Execution: Lead cross-functional teams to design and evaluate rapid, ROI-driven PoCs.
• End-to-end deployment lifecycle: Oversee IT/OT system integration and site handover for CQV/CSV readiness.
