Roche seeks a seasoned Robotics Deployment Steward to bridge central robotics strategy with site-level manufacturing operations. You will lead PoCs, drive standardised robotics solutions, and address operational pain points across global production sites.

The role requires strong robotics and automation expertise within regulated pharma environments, with experience in CAPEX projects, CQV exposure, and IT/OT integration.

Qualifikationen

• BSc, MSc or PhD in Robotics Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Chemical/Biochemical Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of hands-on robotics integration or complex automation deployment in regulated industries.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and multi-site deployments.
• Basic data literacy in Python/SQL and IT/OT concepts (SCADA/MES).
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with automation in cleanroom/isolator environments and related technologies.

Aufgaben

• Lead cross-functional teams to design, execute, and evaluate rapid PoCs for robotics/automation solutions.
• Coordinate technology deployment lifecycle from ideation to implementation and post-CAPEX industrialization.
• Partner with Strategy Lead to shape the global robotics roadmap and site feasibility perspectives.
• Act as liaison between central strategy and site-level manufacturing operations to address operational bottlenecks.
