Zusammenfassung

Roche is seeking a Robotics Technology Deployment Steward to bridge central strategy with site-level manufacturing. You will lead robotics/automation PoCs, coordinate cross-functional teams including MSAT, Engineering, Quality, IT/OT, and Operations, and drive scalable deployment across global sites.

You will collaborate with the Technology Strategy Lead to shape the global robotics roadmap, translate strategy into hands-on execution, and ensure successful integration with SCADA/MES systems

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor/Master/Doctorate in robotics/automation or related technical field.

Aufgaben

• Act as liaison for manufacturing sites to identify bottlenecks and scout robotics/automation solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams to design, execute, and evaluate PoCs with ROI focus.
• Drive post-CAPEX industrialization and site handover packages (URS, CQV/CSV).
