Job summary

Zurich is seeking a Senior Risk Manager for Group Risk Management to shape risk governance frameworks, lead group-wide risk assessments, and contribute to enterprise risk reporting for leadership and the Board.

You will bring ~7 years in enterprise or operational risk, plus a relevant degree, with exceptional stakeholder management in English. The role collaborates across group functions and interfaces with the Group supervisor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in economics, business, actuarial or finance with postgraduate qualifications highly regarded.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and English communication skills.
• Strong expertise in ERM/ORM principles, governance, risk appetite and reporting practices.
• Experience in international insurance environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead group-wide governance for strategic and operational risk, including policy framework and oversight.
• Develop and deliver Zurich's key risk taker framework.
• Drive improvements to risk practices for consistency and effectiveness.
• Build partnerships with first and second line to achieve risk goals.
• Represent Group with supervisor and senior stakeholders.
• Lead risk identification, assessments and review of controls in a risk context.
• Provide risk reporting to leadership and the Board with forward-looking insights.
