Responsibilities

• Oversee the risk and control system (ICS) effectively.
• Develop and manage the GRC framework and GRC-tools.
• Identify, assess, and monitor enterprise and IT risks.
• Further develop ISMS and information security controls.
• Establishment and maintenance of third party risk management.
• Risk reporting and decision-making basis for management.
• Consulting and enabling the 1st line of defence.
• Participation in business continuity management (BCM).
• Analysis, design and optimisation of business processes.
