Job summary

LGT Group in Zurich seeks a Business Risk Manager (f/m/d) 80% for 12 months to support onboarding and risk assessment processes. You will collaborate with Compliance and Relationship Managers to address due diligence queries and strengthen risk controls.

The role requires mastery of regulatory environments, strong analytical skills, and bilingual proficiency in German and English. It offers a focused, temporary engagement with a view to sustainable risk management.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Risk Manager or similar first line of defense role.
• Knowledge of international markets and regulatory environment; background checks.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical guidance for the Front in line with risk appetite.
• Risk-aware, analytic, reliable, and able to perform under pressure in a team.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for Relationship Managers on due diligence queries.
• Identify and assess money laundering, reputational and other business risks; prepare client risk assessments.
• Propose risk-based controls to support onboarding within the regulatory framework.
• Advise and sparring partner to Front; influence internal stakeholders for sustainable growth.
