Job summary

Keysight Technologies is seeking an experienced hardware engineer at our Swiss site in Glattbrugg/Zurich to design analog, digital, mixed-signal, and RF systems. You will lead cross-functional R&D projects and shape architectures from concept to production, ensuring robust verification and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Several years of experience in electronic hardware development and leading R&D projects
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with schematic design, PCB development, testing, debugging and firmware development
• Fluent in English and German

Responsibilities

• Design and develop analog, digital, mixed-signal, and/or RF electronic systems.
• Lead technical projects and take responsibility for product development throughout the lifecycle.
• Define system architectures, requirements, and verification strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including hardware, software, mechanical, manufacturing, and sourcing.
• Drive technical decision-making, risk management, and project execution.
• Support product qualification, production release, and sustaining engineering activities
