Job summary

Auxo Talent is seeking a senior Wireless SoC Architect in Switzerland (Neuchâtel) to own the architecture from concept to production silicon. The role demands leadership across RF, analogue, digital and embedded subsystems with a focus on power efficiency and cost reduction.

The candidate will guide multi-disciplinary semiconductor teams and drive IP integration, verification, and scaling toward production in a hands-on architecture role.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in wireless SoC development.
• Ownership of whole-chip architecture and design decisions.
• Track record delivering wireless ICs into production.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end wireless SoC architecture and HW/SW partitioning.
• Lead architectural decisions across RF, analogue, digital and embedded subsystems.
• Optimise power, performance, silicon area and cost.
• Oversee IP integration and resolve chip-level design challenges.
• Provide technical direction through design, verification, silicon validation and production.
