Job summary

AMINA Bank is seeking a Relationship Manager to nurture and expand client relationships in the digital asset space. You will oversee end-to-end client interactions from onboarding to ongoing service delivery with a strong focus on compliance and operational excellence.

The role offers scope to drive sales performance, deepen product knowledge, and collaborate with business development to convert prospects into long-term clients while maintaining strict regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in relationship management, private banking, wealth management, corporate banking, or financial services.
• Established network and relationships within family offices, hedge funds, and digital asset or crypto native businesses would be considered a strong advantage.
• Fluency in English, German highly beneficial but not a must-have.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage, develop, and grow a portfolio of existing clients through proactive relationship management, regular client engagement and upselling of banking, investment, and digital asset solutions.
• Build a deep understanding of complex corporate structures and documentation requirements, coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure onboarding and account management.
• Handle all aspects of client relationship management from administrative, commercial to regulatory.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team to convert qualified prospects into long-term client relationships and support handover into managed portfolios.
• Build and continuously enhance in depth knowledge of the Bank's products and services, proactively identifying opportunities to meet client needs and expand wallet share.
• Keep accurate records of sales activity and prepare regular sales reports for management.
• Ensure full adherence to all applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies, risk management standards, and compliance procedures.
