Qualifications

• Fluency in English is required; German is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Proven experience in relationship management within financial services.
• Established network in family offices, hedge funds or crypto-native businesses is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities; self-motivated and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of existing clients; drive sales and onboarding for digital asset solutions.
• Understand complex corporate structures and coordinate onboarding with internal teams.
• Oversee end-to-end client interactions from onboarding to ongoing service delivery with compliance focus.
• Collaborate with Business Development to convert prospects into long-term relationships and managed portfolios.
• Maintain knowledge of Bank products; identify opportunities to grow wallet share and revenue.
