Location is Zurich, on-site, with a permanent contract. English and German fluency are required; Mandarin is an advantage.

Qualifikationen

• Support Senior Relationship Managers in building and maintaining relationships with Financial Institutions clients and prospects.
• Coordinate and prepare client meetings, presentations and client-related activities.
• Support the planning and execution of client events and relationship-development initiatives.
• Conduct data analysis and prepare internal reports relating to Financial Institutions clients.
• Support the full KYC lifecycle, including onboarding, periodic reviews and event-driven reviews.
• Assist with credit processes, including the preparation of credit ratings and credit applications.
• Support AML and compliance activities, including client monitoring, analysis, commentary and adverse-media assessments.
• Work closely with Senior Relationship Managers and the wider Financial Institutions team on ongoing client requirements and ad hoc projects.

Competences

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience within a financial institution, ideally within Corporate Banking, Financial Institutions or a related environment.
• Previous exposure to Relationship Management, KYC, AML and/or credit processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Good understanding of risk and the ability to work confidently with regulatory and compliance-related requirements.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a professional, reliable and discreet approach.
• Fluent English and German, both written and spoken, are required. Mandarin would be an advantage.
• Swiss work authorization or EU/EFTA citizenship is required.
