Zusammenfassung

Accelleron is hiring a Project Manager – Industrial Digitalization in Baden to lead IT and digitalization projects end to end within manufacturing settings. You will coordinate stakeholders, suppliers and IT teams to deliver scalable digital solutions that integrate with shop-floor systems and enterprise IT.

Fluent in English and German, you will drive requirements, testing and adoption, supporting factory investments and ensuring successful FAT/SAT activities.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience managing IT or digitalization projects in manufacturing
• University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or comparable discipline
• Experience in requirements engineering, process analysis and solution design
• Experience with MES, SAP, WMS or industrial data platforms; knowledge of OT/IT integration and automation

Aufgaben

• Lead IT workstreams within factory investment projects (manufacturing equipment)
• Translate operational needs into solution concepts and technical specifications
• Coordinate architecture and integration decisions with IT, automation and technical experts
• Manage scope, timeline, budget and risks to ensure business outcomes
