Zusammenfassung

Accelleron Industries is seeking a Senior OpEx Engineer to drive operational excellence across manufacturing and logistics in Baden. You will analyze end-to-end value streams, automated production systems, and material flows, focusing on productivity, OEE, capacity, lead times, and inventory.

You will act as the Industrial Engineering and OpEx expert in factory investments, guiding concept development, business cases, design, and implementation to stabilization.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in OpEx, Lean Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering.
• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar.
• Deep expertise in production and logistics processes, material flow optimization, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Hands-on experience with process optimization methodologies, bottleneck analysis, simulations, and value stream design.

Aufgaben

• Analyze and optimize end-to-end value streams, automated production processes and material flows.
• Identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities using operational data and structured process analysis.
• Improve productivity, OEE, capacity utilization, lead times, inventory and overall process stability.
• Develop future production and logistics concepts, including layouts, capacity models, line balancing, material supply and buffer strategies.
• Lead Value Stream Mapping and other Lean improvement initiatives with operational teams.
