As Senior Project Manager – Operations and Value Chain, you will lead strategic site development initiatives across our manufacturing and logistics footprint, with a strong focus on projects in Switzerland. From site expansions and relocations to operational improvement initiatives, you will manage complex projects from strategic concept through hands‑on execution.

Working closely with operations, logistics, engineering, infrastructure, and business leaders, you will coordinate cross‑functional initiatives, support strategic investment decisions, and ensure alignment with long‑term business objectives. With your structured, pragmatic, and execution‑oriented approach, you will deliver measurable improvements and help strengthen the efficiency, competitiveness, and future readiness of our operations.

You will join the Supply & Value Chain Excellence organization in Baden, reporting to the Team Lead Value Chain Investments, and collaborate closely with experts and senior stakeholders across our global manufacturing network to shape the future of our operations.

Your responsibilities:

Lead strategic site development projects across manufacturing and logistics

Manage complex cross‑functional projects involving operations, logistics, engineering and infrastructure

Drive projects end‑to‑end, from strategic concept through hands‑on execution

Your background:

University degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management or similiar

8+ years of experience in Operations, Manufacturing or Supply Chain

Proven ability to lead complex cross‑functional projects from concept through execution within an industrial manufacturing environment

Experience in site development projects within manufacturing and logistics environments

Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with a pragmatic, solution‑oriented, and results‑driven mindset

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands‑on execution

High level of initiative, curiosity, and continuous improvement mindset combined with strong teamwork capabilities

Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
