Accelleron is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Operations and Value Chain to lead strategic site development across manufacturing and logistics, with a strong focus on Switzerland. You will drive end-to-end projects, coordinate diverse stakeholders, and support investment decisions while reporting to the Value Chain Excellence team in Baden.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management or similiar.
• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).

Aufgaben

• Lead strategic site development projects across manufacturing and logistics
• Manage complex cross-functional projects involving operations, logistics, engineering and infrastructure
• Drive projects end-to-end, from strategic concept through hands-on execution
• Lead high-priority operational improvement and site-related initiatives from concept to implementation
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Support investment decisions through scenario evaluations, business cases and strategic assessments
• Lead unplanned or high-impact special projects requiring senior project management expertise
• Act as a trusted partner for internal stakeholders and ensure close collaboration between production, logistics, engineering, supply chain, and site management
