Qualifications

• At least 4 years of proven project management experience.
• Professional experience as a Business Analyst and/or Product Manager.
• Demonstrated experience managing internal products, projects, and business processes.
• Proven experience delivering digital and operational business process improvement projects.
• Hands-on expertise in business process analysis and workflow optimization.
• Practical experience using AI and automation tools for project delivery, process analysis, prototyping, documentation, or workflow improvement.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with business, technical, and senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex business challenges into practical solutions.
• Upper-intermediate or advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects and business transformation initiatives across the organization.
• Own end-to-end project planning including solution design, budgeting, resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management.
• Analyze workflows and processes, identify inefficiencies, and translate findings into actionable requirements.
• Drive adoption and validation of results from process improvements.
• Gather requirements and maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate implementation activities, readiness, training, and transition planning.
• Oversee post-launch follow-up to ensure integration into day-to-day operations.
• Facilitate collaboration between business and technical teams for system and process integration.
• Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve delivery and workflows.
