We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager (925189JP) for our client to be responsible for demanding SAP projects from initiation to successful completion. In this role, you will lead multiple complex SAP projects in a regulated environment, manage internal and external stakeholders at the C-level, and ensure professional implementation according to HERMES and SAFe standards.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for planning, controlling, and implementing SAP projects (budget, quality, deadlines, scope)
• Leading interdisciplinary project teams and coordinating external service providers and suppliers
• Applying the HERMES methodology and integrating agile methodologies (especially SAFe)
• Stakeholder and expectation management at the C-level and ensuring clear, audience-appropriate communication
• Responsibility for contract management, payment processing, controlling, and reporting to management and steering committees
• Risk, change, and claim management in complex SAP programs
• Interface between business and IT, requirements gathering and prioritization in close collaboration with business units
• Ensuring compliance with regulations, governance, and quality guidelines, particularly in the public sector
• Supporting strategy definition, roadmap planning, and continuous optimization of the SAP landscape

Requirements

• Several years of demonstrable experience as an IT project manager with a focus on SAP
• Experience as the responsible project manager in at least two projects with a project volume exceeding CHF 2 million
• Proven responsibility for contract management, payment processing, and reporting
• Sound experience in stakeholder management at the C-level (board of directors, executive management, department head, etc.)
• Strong methodological expertise in classic and agile project management, high assertiveness, and conflict resolution skills
• Experience working with public sector clients, government agencies, or regulated industries is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills, a structured and results-oriented work style, and a strong sense of responsibility

Education

• Completed tertiary degree (university of applied sciences/university/ETH) in business informatics, computer science, business administration or comparable qualification
• HERMES certification
• Desirable: Current certification as a SAFe Scrum Master or SAFe Product Owner / Product Manager (POPM)

Languages

• Very good German skills, both spoken and written (C1)
• Business fluent French (documentation in German and French)
