TechFirm is a Swiss consulting firm seeking a senior transformation leader to guide large-scale programmes spanning Compliance, Risk and Front Office within private banking environments.

The role requires extensive experience in Private Banking/Wealth Management, deep knowledge of FINMA, AMLA/AMLO, FinSA/FinSO, and strong governance and reporting capabilities. Geneva residence is mandatory and EU nationals or Swiss citizens are preferred for work permit eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a transformation programme across Compliance, Risk and Front Office within a private banking environment.
• Oversee regulatory initiatives covering AML/KYC, FINMA, FinSA/FinSO, cross-border compliance, operational risk and internal controls.
• Manage programme planning, budgets, milestones, dependencies, risks and change management.
• Support programme governance, including steering committees and reporting to Executive Management and the Board of Directors.
• Ensure alignment between regulatory requirements, Front Office processes and banking systems (CRM/PMS, client onboarding).
• Coordinate internal stakeholders, external vendors and specialised resources.

Profile

• Minimum 12 years of experience, including 8 years in Private Banking or Wealth Management, at Senior Manager/Director level.
• Proven track record delivering at least two large-scale transformation programmes involving Compliance, Risk and Front Office.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss banking regulations: FINMA, AMLA/AMLO, FinSA/FinSO, FINMA Circular 2023/1 and cross-border requirements.
• Solid expertise in programme governance, executive reporting, stakeholder management and change management.
• PMP, PRINCE2, MSP or SAFe certification is an advantage.
• Experience with Avaloq, Temenos, Finnova or similar banking platforms, and change management involving Relationship Managers, is a plus

Geneva / Residence in Switzerland is mandatory
