Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Switzerland is seeking a Project Lead to own a key project area within a multidisciplinary team. You will drive delivery of complex scopes, manage stakeholders, and ensure execution in line with objectives, schedules and budgets.

The role requires a Civil/Construction background, 7+ years in project management, and fluency in German and English. On-site presence is expected at least three days per week.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years' professional experience in project management, with a strong background in industrial or large-scale construction projects.
• Fluent in German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall project delivery, including cost, schedule, risk, and budget control.
• Manage and coordinate General Contractors and other key project partners to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor, analyse, and proactively manage critical project milestones to mitigate risks and prevent schedule delays.
• Chair and lead client, project, and stakeholder meetings, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all parties.
• Track, analyse, and report on cost drivers, project performance, and commercial risks throughout the project lifecycle.
