Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quality Management, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in quality management on large-scale construction, engineering, industrial, data centre, or infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record leading quality teams on complex projects.
• Strong understanding of QA/QC processes, construction methodologies, commissioning activities, and project delivery.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific quality strategies, procedures, and control systems.
• Lead and mentor the site quality team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Promote a 'Right First Time' mindset across all project stakeholders.
• Establish, monitor, and report key quality metrics and performance indicators.
• Coordinate inspections, testing activities, commissioning readiness, and project handovers.
• Collaborate with package managers and project teams to ensure quality requirements are integrated.
