Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a seasoned Quality Manager for Zurich-based, large-scale construction projects. You will develop and drive project-specific quality strategies and lead the site quality team to ensure Right First Time delivery.

You will monitor key quality metrics, coordinate inspections and handovers, and collaborate with Construction, Engineering, HSE, Planning, and Commissioning to integrate quality throughout the project lifecycle. Fluency in English required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in quality management on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
• Proven leadership of quality teams on complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes, metrics, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project-specific quality strategies and control systems.
• Lead the site quality team and foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Monitor and report key quality metrics and KPIs.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning readiness, and handovers.
• Collaborate with Construction, Engineering, HSE, Planning, and Commissioning to integrate quality across the project lifecycle.
• Promote a Right First Time mindset and a zero-incident safety culture.
• Identify risks and opportunities; support Lean Construction initiatives.
