Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Experienced Project Engineer in Schaffhausen to lead design, installation and qualification of production equipment, systems and utilities in our pharmaceutical facilities. You will drive projects with a focus on quality, safety and regulatory compliance, collaborating with global teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of project engineering experience in pharma/chemical sectors, strong organizational skills, and a passion

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of project engineering experience in pharma/chemical industries.
Excellent organization and communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders.
Familiarity with project management approaches and design thinking; FPX/Lean a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time and within budget delivery.
Ensure compliance with EHS, regulatory (cGMP) and site procedures in all activities.
Collaborate with Business Units, QA, EHS&S and global teams to align project outcomes with strategy.
Develop business cases to support project funding and approvals.
Aim to uphold Johnson & Johnson Credo standards in all project work.
