Zusammenfassung

Cilag AG in Schaffhausen, part of Johnson & Johnson, seeks a Senior Project Engineer to lead aseptic fill-finish projects within our engineering team. You will design, install and qualify production equipment, infrastructure and utilities, ensuring compliance and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has a university engineering degree and at least 5 years of project engineering experience in pharma or chemical industries, with strong collaboration and communication skills in German and English.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years of related project engineering experience in pharma/chemical industries.
• Excellent organization and communication skills with the ability to influence others toward goals.
• FPX certification and/or Lean processes are a plus.

• Engineering project management from initiation to execution on time and budget.
• Safe execution of job activities in compliance with EHS guidelines and cGMP regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with on-site stakeholders and global organization on projects.
• Initiation of business cases supporting project funding approval processes.
