Syngenta Crop Protection is seeking a senior Lead Product Manager to own the R&D Activity POD within CP R&D IT. You will lead a portfolio of digital products enabling R&D across laboratory and field environments, shaping the POD vision, multi-horizon roadmap, and prioritisation decisions.

You will manage a cross-functional team, line-manage Product Managers, and ensure scalable, secure, enterprise-aligned solutions with measurable business outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Led product-centric, cross-functional teams using Agile/Lean practices.
• Defined vision, strategy, and roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
• Experienced managing complex digital product portfolios in enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with lab/field R&D data workflows, automation, sensors, imaging, GIS.

Aufgaben

• Co-create POD vision and multi-horizon product roadmap with stakeholders.
• Translate strategy into a coherent product portfolio and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.
• Define boundaries, interfaces, and dependencies across PODs.
• Track success measures (OKRs, KPIs, adoption, value realization).
• Own stakeholder engagement across R&D, IT, data, security, and compliance.
• Oversee governance, backlog health, releases, and trade-offs in scope/time/cost/value.
• Drive data governance, regulatory compliance, and data quality across pipelines.
• Lead and develop Product Managers and strengthen product practice.
