Qualifikationen

• Master horticulturist or environmental engineer (FH Horticulture) with several years' experience.
• Leadership experience in a matrix organisation.
• Affinity for technology, digitalisation, and automation; proficiency in MS Office.
• Fluent German and English (B2–C1); driving licence is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Plan and execute all horticultural work with high-quality soil mixes.
• Maintain quality management of plant cultivation and corrective measures.
• Develop cultivation methods to improve quality and efficiency.
• Drive digitalisation of greenhouse processes and QA.
• Identify improvement and automation opportunities (e.g. irrigation).
• Use digital tools for planning, documentation, and reporting.
