Qualifikationen

• University degree in agronomy, biology, agricultural engineering, or related field; MSc and/or PhD preferred.
• Strong knowledge of crop protection application technologies, agronomy and product-use practices.
• Ability to define test strategies, interpret data and provide clear recommendations to multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong project management, analytical thinking, innovation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Proactive, safety-conscious with focus on data quality and accountability.
• Fluent in English; German is an advantage; additional languages beneficial.

Aufgaben

• Own Fit-for-Use testing from definition to execution, data analysis and communication.
• Define risk-based test plans, methods, acceptance criteria and evidence requirements.
• Provide Application Technology expertise to support product development across the stage plan.
• Identify application risks and customer needs early; drive actions to resolution.
• Foster collaboration across PT&E and other functions to enable product outcomes.
• Apply curiosity to explore new approaches, technologies and data sources.
• Show courage in discussions; raise risks early with evidence-based recommendations.
• Anticipate developments in equipment, automation and delivery systems; translate into testing capabilities.
• Develop improved test methods and solutions to strengthen performance and sustainability.
• Coordinate maintenance with site workshop and external providers; ensure HSE compliance.
