Ärztekasse Genossenschaft in the Zurich area seeks an experienced UX Designer to elevate the UX of our healthcare software for doctors and billing. You will shape the look and feel of our products and create intuitive, efficient interfaces.

Join an agile Scrum team to deliver wireframes, user flows, mockups, clickable prototypes and visual designs, while maintaining a modern, timeless design system across web and native apps.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience designing and implementing web applications.
• Strong visual and interaction design skills.
• Experience with design systems and UI libraries.
• Excellent communication across teams.
• Proficient in German and English; French would be a plus.

Aufgaben

• Design user-friendly, mobile-compatible web applications.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes and visual designs.
• Develop UI layouts for web and native apps and maintain the design system.
• Create concepts for different devices and conduct usability tests.
• Collaborate in an agile Scrum team with Product Owner, Business Analysts, Backend and Frontend developers.
