PepsiCo is seeking a senior procurement leader to own the Ingredients/Seasoning category for EMEA and India. You will develop multi-year category strategies, drive portfolio transformation, and partner with MSO, R&D, SQA and Supply Chain to secure cost, quality, and supply continuity.

The role requires proven negotiation, leadership of remote teams, and a deep financial acumen to manage AOP, price forecasting, and risk.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of direct material procurement experience, preferably in seasonings or flavours.
• Ability to translate strategies into executable plans.
• Operate effectively in a complex, matrix organisation across geographies.
• Strong negotiation, sourcing, contracting and supplier relationship track record.
• Financial/commercial acumen including AOP planning and forecasting.
• Analytical mindset to translate data into insights and decisions.
• People leadership experience, including remote teams.
• Excellent communication and influencing at senior levels.
• Strong digital procurement and analytics capabilities.
