PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH is seeking a senior category/procurement leader to drive Ingredients/Seasoning strategy across EMEA and India Foods. You will shape multi-year plans, negotiate at scale, and push productivity and VE initiatives while ensuring supply continuity and cost efficiency.

Lead cross-functional teams, translate insights into actionable strategies, and roll out global category models with a focus on PEPP+ commitments and portfolio transformation.

Qualifikationen

• Education: Bachelor or higher degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of direct material procurement experience; seasonings/flavours or related categories preferred.
• Ability to translate strategies into executable plans and operate across geographies.
• Strong negotiation, supplier relationship management and cost delivery track record.
• Analytical mindset with experience in AOP, pricing, inflation and business-case development.

• Develop, align and execute multi-year category sourcing strategies and annual operating priorities.
• Lead complex negotiations and competitive sourcing events to improve quality, service and supply continuity.
• Create productivity and value engineering pipelines and convert opportunities into projects.
• Translate market and supplier insights into category strategies for partners and MSO units.
• Drive category transformation with new models, harmonisation and VE opportunities.
• Lead supplier relationships and development programmes for innovation and cost benefits.
