You will partner with Sales, Finance, IT and market leadership to drive transparency, ROI and compliant spend across Europe and EMEA.

• Experience in trade spend optimization and pricing strategies.
• Strong governance, controls and KPI development capability.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional transformation programs.

Aufgaben

• Lead the optimization of the European CDA framework to improve spend ROI, transparency, and compliance.
• Coordinate CDA deployment projects across Europe and EMEA with market teams.
• Establish harmonized European CDA governance with roles, approvals, KPIs and controls.
• Drive pay-for-performance mindset and analyze CDA spending by customer, sub-channel, and investment.
• Build end-to-end trade spend reporting standards and dashboards with Finance and IT.
• Track financial impact of CDA initiatives including ROI, margins and efficiency gains.
• Foster cross-functional leadership and capability building across Sales, Finance and GCC/ICC teams.
• Co-develop pricing framework to support optimized pricing and reduced complexity across countries.
