Sygnum Bank is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager for its Private Banking division in Switzerland. You will cultivate private bank clients and single-family offices, lead onboarding with internal and external teams, and manage end-to-end client journeys, including KYC/AML compliance and transaction support.

You will work in a cross-location team, leveraging strong sales, consultative, and analytical skills. Fluency in French and English is essential; German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor-level degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field; MBA/CFA a plus.
• Five or more years of client servicing or relationship management in a Swiss private banking setting.
• Hunter mentality with a track record of growing client relationships and revenue.
• Strong knowledge of KYC/AML regulations and Swiss banking rules.
• Excellent spoken and written communication in French and English; German a plus.

• Source and develop private clients and single-family offices through an established network.
• Manage multiple prospects, prioritize outreach, and provide solution-focused support across onboarding, product questions, and transactions.
• Lead client onboarding with Legal & Compliance and external partners.
• Oversee fiat and digital asset transactions and post-transaction AML monitoring.
• Maintain CRM records for accurate relationship management.
• Stay informed on crypto market dynamics and regulatory developments to support clients.
