ĀRYA Banque Privée in Geneva or Zurich seeks a senior and entrepreneurial Head of Private Banking & Business Development to lead and grow the Bank’s Wealth Management activities.

The role requires building and developing a client franchise, supervising Relationship Managers and driving cross-border private banking initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in Private Banking / Wealth Management, ideally within the Swiss banking environment.
• Proven leadership experience and the ability to lead and develop a team of Relationship Managers.
• Strong business development capabilities and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Established client relationships representing a portfolio of at least CHF 300 million in assets.
• Excellent understanding of UHNW and HNW client needs.
• Strong knowledge of the Swiss regulatory and cross-border environment.
• High level of integrity, discretion and client orientation.
• Fluency in English; French, German and/or other languages are a strong advantage.

Aufgaben

• You will be responsible for leading and developing the Bank’s Private Banking activities, strengthening existing client relationships, attracting new clients and supporting the continued growth of our Wealth Management business.
• You will work closely with the CEO and senior management and play an active role in the Bank’s commercial development and strategy.

This is a key leadership role for an experienced Private Banking professional with a strong track record in Wealth Management, an established client franchise and the ability to further develop the Bank’s Private Banking activities.
