Zusammenfassung

DePoly is seeking an analytically minded Technical Sales Application Development Manager to accelerate adoption of our rMEG and rPTA products in global polymer markets. You will bridge our recycling technology with specialty polymerizers and end-customers, supporting trials from qualification to commercialization.

The role requires a strong engineering background, proven technical sales experience, and ability to drive cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment, with hybrid work

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in an industrial/manufacturing setting exposed to large-scale chemical production.
• Experience in chemical or plastics industry with technical validation before adoption.
• Hands-on understanding of polymerization processes and material science.
• Ability to analyze and communicate material behavior across production environments.
• Self-starter with cross-functional project coordination experience.
• Familiarity with drafting commercial documentation and legal frameworks.
• Eligible to work in Switzerland and the EU.

Aufgaben

• Technical Pipeline Development: analyze and grow adoption of rMEG/rTPA products in current polymer streams and initiate trials.
• Technical Sales & Offtake: pitch value proposition, manage sales funnel to long-term agreements.
• Polymerizer Integration: advise customers, optimize production lines for recycled products.
• Validation & Project Execution: coordinate validation projects and material trials to meet milestones.
• Strategic Reporting: provide data-driven market insights and project timelines.
