Endress+Hauser is seeking a senior expert in polymer chemistry to translate emerging polymer technologies into industrial applications across global teams. You will move between laboratory work, production environments, and strategic technology discussions, influencing projects and standards worldwide.

The role emphasizes hands-on polymer work, regulatory awareness, and leadership of cross-functional initiatives to advance sustainable manufacturing and product success.

Qualifikationen

• PhD in Polymer Chemistry or a Master's with extensive industrial experience.
• At least 10 years of experience in industrial chemistry within manufacturing.
• Hands-on work with polymers, adhesives, potting materials, surface treatments.
• Knowledge of hygienic, toxicological or drinking-water regulatory requirements.
• Proven transfer of chemical technologies from development to production.
• Proven ability to lead technical projects and influence stakeholders across sites.

Aufgaben

• Define material and chemistry roadmap for polymers and related processes.
• Evaluate new polymer technologies and assess industrial relevance.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop, optimize, and standardize chemical manufacturing processes and qualification activities.
• Support new product introductions and industrialization efforts with sustainable solutions.
• Serve as global expert for material-related manufacturing and process challenges.
• Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives to boost quality, productivity and cost efficiency.
