• Drive data-driven process validation and DoE studies for high-volume production.
• Lead troubleshooting of machine parameters and material processing issues.
• Perform root cause analysis to address deviations and defects.
• Support global deployment and readiness of LightSpray equipment (up to 30% travel).
• Develop and maintain SOPs based on operational feedback.
