Endress+Hauser is seeking a Principal Expert Manufacturing Technology to drive polymer chemistry initiatives across our global organization. You will combine scientific depth with industrial practice, moving between lab work, production environments, and strategic discussions.

You will define material roadmaps, evaluate new polymer technologies, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead cross-functional projects to improve quality, productivity, and sustainability across sites worldwide.

Qualifikationen

• PhD or Master’s with extensive industrial experience in polymer chemistry.
• Hands-on polymer science with adhesives and potting materials.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for hygienic and toxicology applications.
• Experience transferring technologies to production.

Aufgaben

• Define material and chemistry roadmap for polymers, adhesives, potting compounds and cleaning processes.
• Evaluate new polymer technologies.
• Lead qualification, validation, and implementation of chemical processes.
• Support new product introductions and industrialization projects.
• Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives.
