Avaloq in Switzerland is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver complex cross-functional programs within our Product Delivery & Quality organization, ensuring on-time delivery and high quality.

You will coordinate with kernel development teams, regional stakeholders and clients, mentor junior PMs, and apply both Agile and Waterfall methods; English fluency is essential, German an asset.

Qualifikationen

• 8-10 years of Project Management experience delivering complex cross-functional projects.
• Experience in SaaS, PaaS, IaaS and BPaaS contexts in international settings.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across levels.
• Fluency in English; German is an asset.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and budgets across regulatory and innovation projects.
• Manage scope, risks, issues and quality throughout the lifecycle with executive updates.
• Communicate weekly status and roadblocks to top management and clients.
• Bridge product vision and delivery, ensuring deadlines align with timelines.
• Lead cross-divisional teams to achieve milestones and budgets.
