LGT Private Banking in Switzerland seeks a Business Risk Manager to advise Relationship Managers as the first line of defense. You will conduct onboarding reviews, due diligence, and risk assessments, supporting account openings and client file reviews.

The role requires fluency in French and English, with AML, KYC, and regulatory knowledge, and a track record in financial services. Collaboration with Compliance and other control functions is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Completed commercial apprenticeship with background in financial services.
• Experience in Business Risk Management or similar 1st LoD role within financial services.
• Fluent in French and English; Arabic knowledge is an advantage.

• Conduct onboarding and ongoing due diligence (KYC) reviews to identify and mitigate risks.
• Serve as first point of contact for questions related to due diligence, AML, and complex client structures for Relationship Managers.
• Provide expert guidance on account openings, KYC checks, and ongoing due diligence reviews.
