Job summary

Two.jobs GmbH is recruiting a Responsible Nursing Specialist (80%) for Oberi Retirement Center in Winterthur. The position starts Feb 1, 2027, or by agreement, with a focus on person-centered care, case management, and quality in care processes.

You will guide the nursing team in complex situations, participate in projects, and support living group management while working 80% across shifts. German language skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree as a nursing specialist (HF or FH).
• Willingness to complete further education (e.g., CAS Gerontology or Palliative Care).
• Strong social skills, teamwork, flexibility, resilience.

Responsibilities

• Needs- and resource-oriented, individual care and support in the key person system including case management.
• Responsible for the quality and implementation of the care process.
• Advising and supporting the nursing team in complex care situations in the living group.
• Analyzing complex care and nursing situations and initiating measures as well as their evaluation.
• Supporting the management of the living group and the vocational trainer in specialist questions.
• Participation in working groups or projects, collaboration with nursing experts.
• Taking on daily responsibility in morning and evening shifts.
