Job summary

The City of Winterthur’s Department of Aging and Care seeks an experienced leader for the Residential Group Acute and Transitional Care (AÜP) at Adlergarten. You will manage the AÜP, ensure high-quality patient care, and lead the care and support team in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment.

Requirements include HF/FH nursing specialization with management training or willingness to acquire it, strong IT skills, and fluent German.

Qualifications

• Training as a nursing specialist HF / FH with acute and/or long-term experience and management training or willingness to acquire it.
• Willingness to participate in direct care and support.
• Very good IT skills (MS Office, RAI, and PEP knowledge advantageous) and fluent German.
• High social competence and communication skills with a high level of commitment.
• Great independence, openness to change processes.
• Quick comprehension, networked thinking with analytical skills.

Responsibilities

The Department of Aging and Care of the city of Winterthur offers a diverse range of services for the population of the city of Winterthur in the five senior centers and through Spitex.

For the Residential Group \"Acute and Transitional Care (AÜP)\" in the senior center Adlergarten, which provides a well-maintained home for 160 residents, we are looking for a committed, communicative, and experienced leader who wants to shape daily care together with colleagues starting from December 1, 2026, or by agreement.

Your Responsibilities
