Qualifications

• Nursing qualification HF/FH with possible further education in Gerontology or Palliative Care
• Strong social competence and teamwork abilities
• Goal-oriented, independent and service-oriented approach
• Very good spoken and written German
• Excellent PC/IT skills and common software knowledge
• RAI knowledge is an advantage
• A current entry-free private extract is required for employment

Responsabilités

• Provide needs- and resource-oriented care in the key person system with case management
• Ensure quality and implementation of the nursing process
• Advise and support the nursing team in complex care situations in the living group
• Analyze complex care and nursing situations and initiate and evaluate measures
• Support living group management and trainer in specialist questions
• Participate in working groups or projects and collaborate with nursing experts
• Take over daily responsibility in morning and evening shifts
