Sanadura, the joint organization serving the Promulins retirement centers in Samedan and St. Moritz area, seeks a Nursing Expert (60-100%) to join immediately or by agreement. You will lead professional nursing guidance, develop care standards, and train teams within a multidisciplinary setting.

The role focuses on geriatrics, with collaboration across doctors, therapy teams, and care staff. Regular hours, no night shifts, and opportunities for professional development in Oberengadin.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor or Master degree in nursing with geriatric focus or advanced practice.
• Several years of experience in long-term care or acute geriatrics.
• Strong knowledge of pathophysiology, pharmacology, and clinical assessment.

Nursing Expert (60-100%)

Since April 1, 2026, Sanadura is the joint organization of the Promulins retirement centers in Samedan and Du Lac in St. Moritz, as well as Spitex Oberengadin. The Oberengadin retirement centers, the Promulins retirement center in Samedan, and the Du Lac retirement center in St. Moritz each provide a home for 60 residents. Both facilities are under development and continuously evolving their structures and care offerings. We are looking for a nursing expert (60-100%) to start immediately or by agreement. Do you have nursing expertise at the bachelor’s or master’s level and want to contribute it with us?

Your Tasks

• You provide professional advice and support to the nursing teams in complex care and support situations, particularly in cases of multimorbidity and dementia.
• You further develop care concepts and standards based on current scientific findings and actively contribute to the establishment of our nursing organization.
• You plan and conduct internal training and continuing education for the nursing teams.
• You participate in quality development and assurance and accompany cantonal audits.
• You work closely with doctors, therapy teams, and other professionals.
• You accompany challenging care situations and advise residents and relatives.
• You are responsible for entry management and triage new admissions according to care needs.

You Bring

• Bachelor (BSc) or Master (MSc) in Nursing, ideally with a specialization in Geriatrics, Advanced Practice Nursing, or Nursing Science.
• Several years of professional experience in long-term care or acute geriatrics.
• Solid professional competence in pathophysiology, pharmacology, and clinical assessment.
• Experience in guiding and supporting staff, with a passion for knowledge transfer.
• Independent, solution-oriented working style and high cooperation ability in an interdisciplinary environment.
• Very good German language skills, Italian is an advantage.
