Zusammenfassung

IC Resources is seeking a Senior IC Design Engineer to develop broadband RF circuits up to millimeter wave frequencies for optical coherent applications.

You will design, verify, and lay out IC subblocks in multi-GHz ranges and work with test and application engineers to optimize performance, including high‑speed TIAs and modulator drivers. Expertise in SiGe RF CMOS and Cadence is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree (M.S.) in a relevant field with a minimum of 2 years of IC design experience.
• Proven experience in designing 30+ Gbps TIA's and linear modulator drivers; familiarity with DC control loops is advantageous.
• In-depth knowledge of SiGe bipolar IC design or RF CMOS, along with a strong foundation in analog design principles.
• Hands-on experience in mmWave, RF, and analog integrated circuit design.
• Proficiency in using Cadence schematic design and layout tools; scripting experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with E&M modeling tools such as EMX, ADS, HFSS, or Sonnet is highly desirable.

Aufgaben

• Design, layout, and verification of IC subblocks operating in the multi-GHz range.
• Collaborate closely with test and application engineers to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
• Contribute to the development of high-speed transimpedance amplifiers, linear modulator drivers, and DC control loops.
• Support product characterization and provide technical expertise throughout the product development and release cycle.
