Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in a relevant field with 6+ years of IC design experience.
• Proven experience designing 30+ Gbps TIAs and linear modulator drivers.
• Deep knowledge of SiGe bipolar IC design or RF CMOS and analog fundamentals.
• Expertise in mmWave, RF, and analog IC design.
• Proficiency with Cadence schematic design and layout.
• Familiarity with E&M modeling tools (EMX, ADS, HFSS, Sonnet) is a plus.
• Ability to characterize products in a lab and support development cycles.
• Experience in team leadership is advantageous.
