Bühler Group is seeking a Senior Process Engineer Innovation Wheat & Rye to shape the future of grain processing. You will drive process innovations across concept to market, reporting to the Head of Process Technology Innovation, and lead technology concepts for customer projects to deliver sustainable value to the milling industry.

You will provide technical leadership across Sales, Quotation, Fulfillment, and R&D, leveraging your milling expertise, and coordinating across global teams.

Qualifikationen

• Milling expertise with an SMS or DMSB diploma and 7+ years in milling operations.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-cultural collaboration.
• Fluent in German and English; willingness to travel up to 30%.

Aufgaben

• Drive innovation in wheat and rye milling from concept to implementation.
• Lead integration of process tech, machinery, automation, and digitalization.
• Validate concepts through trials, pilot projects, and customer applications.
• Provide technical leadership to Sales, Quotation, Fulfillment, and R&D teams.
• Share milling knowledge through training and coaching.
