Aufgaben

• Manage a global product portfolio for grain handling, focusing on ship loading/unloading equipment and belt conveyor systems throughout the product lifecycle.
• Define and execute product and portfolio strategies, roadmaps, development priorities, and lifecycle decisions.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, technologies, and competitors to develop compelling product requirements and market positioning.
• Lead product development and go-to-market activities, coordinating with sales, marketing, R&D, service, and regional teams for successful launches.
• Act as the main interface between global stakeholders, technical teams, and international locations to drive collaboration and portfolio growth.
