Qualifikationen

• Long-term engineering experience (>10 years) in process design, manufacturing, or technical support.
• Proven leadership in project or maintenance roles.
• Experience with digital solutions and engineering/maintenance tools and software.

Aufgaben

• Provide direction for the Project and Process Engineering cluster through leadership.
• Plan, execute, and monitor site investments >100 kEUR with budget control and external resources.
• Support product teams on priorities, performance improvements, and troubleshooting.
• Own and manage process and control concepts; approve technical Management of Change.
• Drive continuous improvement to increase process reliability and performance.
• Coordinate QHSE and sustainability in investment projects planning and execution.
• Represent site in regional/global engineering communities and manage external interfaces.
