Pentagon Technical Services seeks an experienced Mechanical Project Manager for a major data centre project in Switzerland. You will lead the mechanical scope from design through handover, coordinating with clients, designers, main contractors, and subcontractors to deliver on time and to spec.

The role requires strong mechanical building services knowledge, proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams, and a proactive approach to safety, quality, and delivery on a fast-paced international

Qualifikationen

• Experience with hyperscale, colocation or mission-critical facilities.
• Strong mechanical building services knowledge.
• Proven experience managing mechanical contractors and specialist subcontractors.
• Strong programme, planning and project-management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Experience in client-side, PMC or consultancy environments advantageous.
• Ability to operate in a large, fast-paced international project environment.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, programme and delivery.

Aufgaben

• Lead the delivery of the mechanical package on a major data centre project.
• Manage mechanical contractors, specialists, vendors and suppliers.
• Provide day-to-day project leadership and coordination of mechanical works.
• Review mechanical designs, specifications, drawings and submissions.
• Coordinate interfaces between mechanical, electrical, CSA and controls.
• Monitor progress against programme milestones and ensure quality.
• Handle RFIs, variations and design changes.
• Lead project meetings with client, contractors and PMC team.
