Zusammenfassung

Pentagon Technical Services is building a senior team in Zurich to lead delivery of a major data centre project. The OFCI Manager will own commissioning and integration strategy across electrical, mechanical and BMS systems, ensuring safe testing and successful handover.

This senior role requires coordinating with clients, PMC, contractors and stakeholders, overseeing IST, test scripts, QAs and documentation, and driving readiness across multiple disciplines to achieve operational readiness.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in data centre commissioning and digital infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record as OFCI/Commissioning Manager or equivalent in large-scale facilities.
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical building services within mission-critical environments.
• Experience coordinating IST and complex system interfaces across multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills for PMC/client-side settings.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage the OFCI strategy and commissioning programme for the data centre.
• Provide senior oversight of commissioning across electrical, mechanical and controls/BMS systems.
• Coordinate with client, PMC, construction teams, vendors and commissioning authorities.
• Review commissioning plans, procedures, schedules and documentation.
• Ensure systems are progressively commissioned in line with project milestones.
• Oversee pre-functional, functional, IST and integrated testing.
• Manage interfaces between systems and drive successful integration.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation to protect programme.
• Guide commissioning readiness and ensure full preparation before testing.
• Report progress to project leadership and support issue resolution.
