Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of mechanical design experience in manufacturing
• Modeling machined parts
• Drawing, dimensioning and tolerances per ISO/ASME
• Exposure to high-volume manufacturing environments
• Creating assemblies with mechanical connections
• Knowledge in metric and US units (ISO/ASME)
• GD&T standards or ISO GPS
• Material properties (polymers, metal, ceramics)
• Fluent in French and English

Aufgaben

• Conceive, design, develop and update Tooling, Fixtures, and simple Equipment for the manufacturing of medical devices
• Provide technical expertise
• Lead, coordinate or manage internal/external Project or Work Package within Project
• Interface with project leaders, process engineers, product transfer leaders to ensure on time completion of mechanical designs
• Follow-up the internal/external Mechanical Request
• Coordinate and follow-up the Drawings approval per established standards
• Communicate with internal/external stakeholders
• Create and follow up the external suppliers’ orders
• Establish and maintain the required documentation (drawings, specifications, procedures, user guides)
• Follow the established quality standards
• Be proactive to answer customer needs
• Contribute and participate to a safety work environment and EHS compliance
